All orders are shipped via UPS Standard delivery service.


Returned goods must be received within 90-days of the original shipment date. No refunds or exchanges will be given for goods received more than 90-days from date of original shipment. Returns are generally processed in 2-3 business days from the time we receive them. For refunds, please allow up to 30 days for your credit card provider to apply the refund to your credit card. We reserve the right to inspect returned products before issuing a return credit or exchange product. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Promotional discounts have no cash value and are not refundable. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during the return shipment of your order. All products to be returned or exchanged must have their complete original packaging materials including any manuals or printed materials. Returned goods must be received in saleable condition in order to receive a refund or exchange. Credit will not be issued for used or damaged goods. We require the original or a copy of the original invoice for all returns or exchanges.


If a product arrives damaged or is defective, the customer must email us, or contact us by phone at 1-855-276-3552 to address the problem with the product. If an agent is unable to resolve the problem, and deems the product defective, the customer will be given an RA reference number. The customer may be required to ship the product back to us with a copy of the invoice and the RA reference number within 14-days upon being issued this number. In such instances, Active Products recommends that appropriate measures are taken to safeguard the product from damage during shipping. Active Products will cover shipping charges both ways for dead on arrival (DOA) damaged products. Please use standard ground shipping. Active Products will only reimburse up to 50% if non-standard shipping is used, such as Express. We require the original invoice or a copy of the original invoice for all returns or exchanges.
